ZAREMBA SHOP REGULATIONS
I.Transaction parties:
1.The Seller : Akademia Fryzjerska ZAREMBA, Joanna Zaremba-Wanczura, Chełmżyńska 12 st. 85-459 Bydgoszcz, NIP: 967-094-81-25, REGON: 091617280
2.The Buyer of Internet shop www.zaremba-academy.com must be 18 years old and registered in Poland or the be an employer registered in Poland.
II.Transaction object
1.Transaction objects are all goods and services mentioned and described on www.zaremba-academy.com website in the moment of order.
2.Prices of all goods are in polish money and it is a gross price with VAT tax proper to particular good or service.
3.All goods are new with guarantee form producer or distributor and free from factory and law defects.
III.ORDERS
1.Buyer can make the order 24 hours/day, 7 days in a week only by www.zaremba-academy.com.
2.To make the order you have to fill the order form without registration address in Internet shop and confirm the order by personal e-mail or telephone. In the moment of order confirming, the good or service is automatically reserved.
3.The condition is that buyer before making order will study the shop regulations and accept it.
4.Seller confirm the order by e-mail within 24 hours.
5.Seller informs that in case when goods or services have clause “zapytaj handlowca-ask the consultant”, there can change the term of order’s realization and price of good or service. In that case the seller inform immediately the buyer about new conditions of supply and price of the good or service. The order will be realized after receiving the buyer acceptation about new conditions.
6.The buyer can withdraw from the agreement on the every stage of transaction with the exception of the case when the good was sent to the buyer.
7.Drawing back from the agreement when the product was already sent to the buyer causes that buyer must pay for transport in both ways.
IV.WAYS OF PAYMENT
The buyer can pay by:
1.Banking transfer. In this option there is a reservation of good or service and the order is realized in the moment of inflow money on the account: 67 1020 1462 0000 7302 0020 1533.
2.Cash on delivery. The employee of courier company take from the buyer the money included the good, transport and delivery fee. All this charges are calculated in the moment of order.
V.DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF THE GOOD
1.The products are delivered only in Poland.
2.We deliver products by courier company……(check the regulation) or by polish post from Monday to Friday.
Couriers have to deliver the parcel under the address that pointed at delivery letter until the 30 kg weight. In case when the parcel have more than 30 kg the parcel is delivered at the door. The client must carry in the parcel on his own.
3.The period of delivery is connected with chosen way of deliver (courier or polish post). Usually it is 1 or 2 work days.
4.In case when the buyer is not at home the courier leaves the arrival note with information where and how it is possible to take the parcel. Parcel first time after arrival note is delivered free but every another attempt to deliver is paid by the buyer.
5.Products which are offer as “Dostępny od ręki-availble now”, we send during 24h from making the order. Attention! If the order is made in day before the day free from work or in the day free from work, the term of sending the parcel is extended of these days. If the order is made after 15:00 p.m., sending can be 24h delayed.
6.During the receiving the parcel, the buyer should check precisely if the goods are not damaged by transport. If the product is damaged or there is lack of something, the buyer should refuse taking this commodity and should write down a protocol with date, time of delivery and description of damages. Then the signed protocol must be send to zaremba-academy.com. Without the protocol there is not to able to recognize the complaint because of damages or shortcomings.
7.This is possible to do it, after signing the delivery letter or in case paying by post – after paying for the product.

9.When the buyer sign the receiving letter without any objections, he gains the ownership right and he takes on all the risk connected with ownership, using, loosing and damaging the product.
VI.Guarantee, complaint, return
1.Products which are offered in the shop are brand-new. Terms of the guarantee are defined by the producer or their authorized representatives in Poland. Guarantee rights should be done according to terms described in guarantee card.
2.According to the regulation 2nd of March 2002 about protection of some customer rights and responsibility for damage caused by dangerous product. (Dz.U.nr22,poz.271 z późn.zm). The buyer who concluded the agreement in distance has the right to draw back from it, without any reason but it has to be done on paper in due time 10 days after concluding the agreement.
The buyer pays all costs connected with return. The buyer is responsible also for damages of product during the transport. To make the return, the product mustn’t be damaged, used, should be in original not damaged box with the invoice, guarantee card, with instructions and the declaration of return.
If all those conditions will be done, the money will be sent back in 14 days on the account pointed by the buyer.

3.Products that were damaged by using should be notify to the nearest service place. They should repair it within the guarantee. The list of authorized services you will find in guarantee card and the producer’s website.
4.The seller will not receive the parcel cash on delivery. Returning the money is only on the buyer’s bank account in 14 days time.
VII. Selling documents
The main document that proof the buy in www.zaremba-academy shop is VAT invoice. Filling the order documents authorizes the seller to issue the VAT invoice without the buyer signing.
VIII.Final Provisions
1.Making the order in www.zaremba-academy.com is unambiguous with regulation acceptance.
2.Information presented at www.zaremba-academy.com do not constitute commercial offer in accordance with article 543 Civil Code.
3.Filling the form with personal details means that the buyer agrees for data processing to implement the transaction. Those personal details are confidential and they will not be available to others.
4.All the products, names and trademarks presented on www.zaremba-academy.com are used for identification and they can be registered trademark appropriate owners. Zaremba International Academy informs that technical data of presented equipment are consistent with catalogue description on producers’ websites.
5.Any differences in product’s looks are connected with individual computer settings (product’s color, proportions)and it is not a reason of complaint.
6.The seller reserves the right to draw back from order realization in case of lack of products or deadlines of trainings. In case when the buyer in the same time made prepayment, the seller immediately will send the money back to the buyer.
7. When some issues are not regulated by this regulations, there comply with the Civil Code regulations.
